hello,
I have spent many hours browsing the old site. I must say this is quite a change. love this site by the way.
now on to the question. this weekend I was at a friends and the seats in his car need recovered. is the cloth still avalible and if so where can he get it? I would like to know if both cloth or leather are avalible.

The cloth isn't available.... but it's been a few years since I last looked. Who knows, someone might be making a cloth that's close match - "now". I would suggest taking a sample of the old cloth to a local trim shop...and see if they can match it with a supplier.

As for the leather - yes, it is being re-produced. E&G Classics is making it. You can get it in 84 style (side piping) or 85.5/86 (dove stitching). cloth material

A couple years ago I went to a distributor of Automotive material (seat/headliner/vinyl top/canvas top) that most all the upholstery shops use here in Nashville and there was a manufacturor out of Miami I believe that had a material very close to the insert SVO material that just had dots instead of the small diamonds...I think it was used or listed under Toyota in his sample book. I would think the outter material could be closly copied as well.

If I get a chance in the next week or so I'll go by there again on lunch and look his book over again and post my findings.
