I took my headlight apart. Sorry svobud, I took it apart before I saw your post. It still sticks back together really well though, i actually have to pry it off again if I put it back in place.
Anyway, I think I know why my headlights are so dim, its not because of the yellowed lens as much as the silver coating on the inside of the housing that reflects the light from the bulb. It has worn way off, theres very little left. My question is do you guys have any suggestions on some sort of paint or other coating that I could put on the inside of the housing to reflect the light? I was thinking some of that fake chrome paint, but I really have no idea.
