What's the easiest way to remove the headrest?

I want to remove the headrest from my SVO seats, what's the easiest way to do it. Is there a trick? Thanks!

i dont think theres a "trick" but the way i changed my headrest was by unzipping the zipper located on the lower part of the back and sticking my arm up the backside of the seat until you feel a "button - clip" push the "button - clip" forward while pushing the headrest up. It's a pain in the a@@ but it can be done. It also helps if ya got long skinny arms ...if ya cant get it i'll be glad to try to do it for ya in Bama! -RICH-
