They have a terrible web site with no shopping cart feature, if you click on an item and it moves slow and you click it again you just bought another one. I called them to explain the problem and the reply was, too bad you clicked it you bought it. Not very nice folks.

We just had a customer buy 4 bypass kits. it turns out he had a similar problem with the cart button. I thought it was a bit strange but I shipped anyway. To his horror when he opend the box he saw what he was charged. We took the parts back no question about it. I guess it is all about who you are dealing with.

Exactly, you took the parts back, this jerk would'nt ship the parts I had paid for until I paid for the item I did'nt want, I hope the $58 extra he made off of me lasts him a lifetime, because I'm going to spread the word about him.

I was the computer tard who bought the 4 kits. Forced 4 was easy to deal with, and I got a refund promptly.
Not trying to hijack your thread, just wanted to give Forced 4 props for being straight up.
