totally bolt-on?

Out of all the recommended vendors, is there one that makes a no welding, bolt-on system from the 3" elbow to the muffler? All the pictures of 3" elbows I have seen look like they need to be welded to the downpipe.

That's because most 3" downpipes are intended to be bolted to the stock elbow. Most have done like I have. Cut the reduced section and flange off, and welded it to the elbow. You could also get a muffler shop to expand the 3" pipe to slip over the elbow so you can clamp it with a muffler clamp. Im hindsight, That's what I'd probably do.
