Excuses for not making it to the show

I thought that was a good idea.

Although I didn't make it to the show, I did have an SVO weekend. My car has gone pretty much un-touched since November 05 due to a crappy work schedule. I managed to get my SVO to the point of off jack stands and standing on it's own 4 tires! The only things I have left is the electrical portion on the SDS hook-up, fuel lines (under the hood), intercooler, fuel pump and an axle bearing replacement. The wife actually let me work on the car all 3 days! I'll be ready for the next show and I won't have to start a thread like this. Glad everything went well and everyone got home safe.

Ummmm, how about too far. I figured I would be the first to use that one so its not taken. Im also about to officially open the doors of MAD ADDER POWDER COATING and have a lot of little pesky things to do. I actually made a lot of progress this weekend. It was just too far and too many things going on to make it this year.

How about, I used up all of my vacation time when my third child was born in June. That makes 3 children under the age of two! I thought I wouldn't be a good dad if I didn't stay home to help mom.

Work owned me, Not to mention my SVO would have ended up melting something if not meltdown. Even when I went into the garage the phone wouldn't stop ringing, my 5 yr old kept hounding me and all the neighbors. I did manage to get the 3g installed though, just need to get a fuse block to go inline with it.Rigged the dash into place, and now to start with the wiring mess...

Had my leave cancelled, had a place to stay and everything.. then they changed the training schedual and cancelled any and all leave ,, hope to get to next years and meet the gang
