  • ..Alternator cable....

Just a few lines to let evryone know that the alternator cable or cables made by PAT_IN_LA (Patrick Pearson) are fantastic...I just got mine installed after having my original one failed in such way that I had to be towed from exit 7 in the NJ turnpike to bergen county (about 40 miles or $450.00.....THANK YOU AAA PLUS).
Pat really makes a superior cable with a built in fuse...my battery was reading 14+ volts in the volt meter.
Any alternator problems contact Pat he is knowledgeable and extremely helpfull..besides being a great guy.....$20 for a cable of that quality is a bargain...

ps: I tried to include pics but I don't know how well I did...if more info or pictures needed please email me at svofan1@optonline.net

Mike, the first guy that towed me out of the turnpike (nice old guy...well older than me...<S>) has 4 other tow trucks to service the turnpike (which is controlled by permit only)...he tows 18 wheelers, buses, campers you name it he does it....has been doing it 35 years and is about to retire so can work on his "toys"....like a 39 Ford etc....and I felt bad about the guy that old and still working Sundays...lol...

I also purchased this product from Pat in LA. However, I did not install it yet. I got 2 cables. Maybe he can write up a sticky on how to install? Probably a no brainer, but with me, even tho I'm male, I read instructions! I did however finally install my rag joint that took 7 hours. I know, I know, everyone says it takes 2 max. That's why I need instructions. Rick, I made it home to ARK with a bad rag joint!

Paul, PM me with your Email. I have a JPG of the installation that I made up for Ralph that I'll send you. I shared it in the chat room last week.
