Why is the time listed always 5 hours ahead of my (central standard) zone. Is the site hosted in England or what?

Weird, after I posted (which required me to log-in) the time displayed changed to my zone. Doo-doo-doo-doo--doo-doo-doo-doo.

it's the special CIA programming we have installed. it reads your IP - tracks you down - and updates your profile accordingly.
ok - just kidding.
once you are logged in - it'll then display everything as noted in your user cp. otherwise - it's 5 hours off.Comment
