  • Tires - GREAT DEAL!

    Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3

just got a new set $89.00/each. There is some type of special deal on this tire&size for some reason or another.

    280 Treadwear
    AA Traction
    A Temperature

I don't have them mounted yet - I wan't even in the marked for tires but this is a hell of a deal. They usually retail for $150/each.

I just put them on my car. What a great tire. Got them from Tire Rack. I bought the stock size, but there are a number of sizes available.

oh yes, until Dec.2 you get $40 from goodyear (I think has to be used on goodyear purchases or a goodyear store - like on mounting/balancing.)

I'm on my 3rd set of GS D3s. I put them on my 67 Fastback. And I'm on my 2nd set on the Mach 1. I guess you could say I like them.

The F1 GS-D3 is a pretty well ranked tire. You can search Car and Driver (I think) on a tire test they did with that tire. That's a great deal.

Great deal on a great tire. My dad picked up a set for his '84 a couple weeks ago...

I'm wearing through my set of Potenzas right now. (The older 750s) Have had them almost 4 years now and the treadlife has been very good. A little too good actually, they're getting old and hard before I can wear 'em out.
The BATFE should be a convenience store.

Get Hankook RS2's Pretty cheap tire and very sticky. 200 treadwear rating(TW). online there about 110 each. at discount tire near your house they are 125 and usually have them in warehouse stock.

I use them on my SVO and its 100 times better than before. Pretty decent at the track also.

Love those GS-D3's. They are the OEM tires on my wife's 2005 VW Jetta GLI.
Excellent wear, too. 34,000 miles and still have a lot of life in them. Not back for 18" tires. Just be cautious if you are from a northern state. They are listed as summer tires, but I have never had any traction issues.

WIN, WIN... They look similar enough (sidewall) to the original goodyears, they are selling them dirt cheap, and you get cash back. I got a pair and they work and look great. Thank Heaven for the Tire Rack...
