    SVOCA Floor Mats

I would be interested in SVOCA floor mats, proving they are dark in color.
Currently without a SVO or Mustang.

    Mustangs I have Owned: 79 Cobra 2.3 Turbo, 88 LX 5.0 Notchback, 86 SVO 2R.

I would also be interested, however, Sacramento Mustang has SVO embroidered mats. I've never seen them personally, but they look pretty nice on the internet!

        Saramento Mustang floor mats

        Rich,

I to have seen the SM floor mats but they arent dark enough in my opinion. I am currently using late model mustang black floor mats. I would prefer something as dark as the SVO carpet if not slightly darker.

to borrow someone elses tag line...........just my 2.3 cents worth

          Cudd,
Have you seen them in person? Just wondering...They looked pretty nice, and I agree they should be as dark, or darker than the carpet. Like I said before, just saw them on the net, so I don't know what they actually look like.

            SM Floor Mats

            Rich,

No I havent actually seen them in person. I have seen then on the SM website and I have also seen them in cars on the net. They look grey to me as opposed to Dark Charcoal Grey.

Cudd, that's true, but I don't think the grey carpet is all that dark...but that's just me.
It was only a suggestion. If I ever do come across a set in person, or eventually decide to buy a set, I'll let you know what I find out.

                Sacramento Mustang floor mats
I have a set of them...not made of very good quality material. Thin - flimsy. Wear out faster than the originals....but, mine kinda do match my carpet though (which is probably a bit sun faded .

As far as the SVOCA making floor mats. Don't think so. The Board of Directors agreed from day one that this club will not get involved in the production of any 'replacement' parts. We feel that's better suited for a VENDOR and club involvement would not be considered proper use of the club's funds.

I'm sure if enough of you guys were to 'pressure' Paul ( ) - then he might be convinced to have some SVO specific floor mats made through Special Vehicle Products.

                  SVO Floor mats

I've purchased the floor mats from Sacramento Mustang. I expected better quality also. These mats are more gray than the SVO carpet - the SVO carpet is more of a blue gray.

I just recently got the mats in my car, and overall I like them. They match the interior carpet pretty well... let's face it here, getting something to match perfect on a 15+ year old car is pretty hard. Mine look a lot better than what came with mine, which were some custom mats with "SVO" embroidered into them. They were way too long and matched even worse than the ones that's in there now.

                    Just my .02

OK guys! Floor mats are now available! The first design is the SVO shadow style logo which is embroidered(sewn) into the floor mat....these are not cheap flimsy mats with an iron-on logo! These have a rubber backing with the nipples to help the mat from sliding and I can make the SVO logo any color you like...in case you want to match your car.

I am also working on a design to have the SVOCA logo embroidered on the floor mat and can even sew in a "member #XXXX" for those who want it....more on that coming soon...

Pictures and information on the SVO floor mats will be up on the website(www.svpu.com) today...

                              Thanks guys!
