  • Maximum Motorsport Lower Control Arm

After rebuilding the complete suspension, new Koni, eurethane everywhere in the front, new rear upper control arms M5500 with multi axial bearing, new Steeda PN: 555-4420 rear lower control arms, C spring, the handling of my SVO was good but the downside was the harshness of the rear axle.
Sometime I had the feeling the rear was bouncing or bending.
I suspected the rear lower control arm.
After some searchs on the net I decided to order a pair of Maximum Motorsport
    PN: MMRLCA.
    What a change !!!.
At the limit the car is neutral, and no more bouncing.
Also the car is more forgiving and run a lot smoother.

I've had them in my GT since 2001. They are so nice I often forget they are installed.

Hey Fripp, which MMRLCA part number are you referring to? You peaked my interest, so I went to the site to look for myself, and they all have MMRLCA in the part number, with numbers after.
      thanks

MMRLCA-1 Is a standard stock replacement arm, meaning it has the perch and the sway mount.
All the other numbers add or delete things like spring perches etc...
I believe the MMRLCA-30 is the Xtreme duty arms.
        I'm also looking at these.

Now my questions, Who's got the Best deal on these arms?????????

I've got the MM weight jackers, and my rear is really nice now. Sticks like glue. The height adjustament was an added bonus, as I can raise it for carrying the family around, and lower it for track duty.
If it ain't broke... Give me some time!

If you are going to autoX it then why not switch to coilovers & go with the lightweight lowers that MM sells.
Here is what the lightweight lowers look like.

Like Boostedbruiser said, this is the MMRLCA-1.
Like Indiana Dave I can say the rear axle "Sticks like glue".
For $250 + couple of hours for the installation, I was able to eliminate the weak point of my rear suspension, this is an excellent investment.

get your maxium motorsports stuff from Motion dynamics,
Pretty sure they are a dealer, and know they have worked with them on some stuff.
