Tie rod question...

When I had my car out I was looking around the engine compartment & I was looking at the steering stuff I noticed that my passenger tie-rod looked bent.. So I grabbed the camera & took a picture of both sides..

The first pic is of the bent rod.. Should it look like that??

Pic #2 is the drivers side.. Straight..
