  • Forced 4 Throttle Body kit

After letting it collect dust since some time in September, I finally got around to installing this. I had a little trouble with getting the throttle linkage to fit right, but other than that it was well worth it. *pics with the problem and solution below. The problem was that when I tried to screw the throttle linkage onto the bracket it would pull the throttle body open to almost full throttle.

My first reaction was of fear as I tapped the pedal in neutral and shot up to 3k rpm. That thing is touchy, and I love the extra little bump I get when slamming it down. Of course on my first run out as I shifted to second I heard the all too familiar POP followed by a stall caused by a clamp I forgot to put back on the bpv. And on the second run my little innovative solution fell off leaving me with no throttle response. I need to figure out something a little more sturdy...where's my JB weld...

Something doesnt look right? can you take a better pic of the bell crank? From the angle pictured it looks weirfd to me. It doesnt look like a 94-95 mustang tb.

Sure. I'll put up some more pics later when I get home. I only got the adapter kit from you so I was expecting something to be at least a little bit off with the tb. One thing that I found odd was that I had to put pressure on the tps and turn the dial a little for the holes to line up. I figured it's supposed to be that way, but if not that would explain why just tapping the throttle kicks me back so hard.
