Here's mine with a 3" everything, no cat, Dynomax muffler. Not the best vid but the sound is at the end.

Anyone got a Borla system?? They are supposed to sound real nice. Personally prefer the sound of the Dynomax over the Flowmaster.Comment

With any luck I will have my Borlas mounted for the Reunion. Picked them up for $70/pair from Ford back when Ford cut ties with Borla and had their dealers 'fire sale' them to get 'em out of their inventory.
My buddy had a set of them on his 88 5.0L and they were relatively quiet compared to the Dynomax units he had on it. I remember guys at the drag strip saying that his 5.0L sounded "stuffy" as he drove through the pits, until he would click off consistent 12.1's @~110 all day long.Ted

I'd thought i'd add to this just for reference.
Motion Dynamics header, 3" dp dual 2.5 with tail pipes, no cats, not mufflers.
Its Loud but not obnoxious in the car.
Its little hard to tell, but i get ALOT of people that say it sounds very motorcyclish. This sound change came from the header alone. the previous bobslog had a nice low growl to it.
Oh yea i'm in the RED SVO and my buddy is in the Grey SVO. Modded vs Stock
