If you have an Electronics Express store in your area, they have the connectors that plug into your favtory radio with the wires labeled with what does what. Another alternative is to check your local Ford dealer and find out who does their waranty radio repairs. They should have the connectors probably have the factory wiring diagrams for the sound system.
Hope this helpsDon Cotham

I even found that auto-zone has some of the in-stock harneses that connect to the radio.
The radio in my car was done the same way.
I just went through with a volt meter. Check each wire, if it isn't ground, and isn't positive, it is one of the speaker wires.
Make sure you check this with the parking lights on, cause there is a wire in there for lights when the lights are on. -- you don't want to accidently plug that into a speaker... and if you end up using that wire as ground, your radio quits when you turn on the lights

Hey Everybody,
I am working with a guy at a shop that used to do warranty work for Ford. If he can find the audio system wiring diagrams I will make them available to whoever needs them.
I'll post something in the members only section when I come up with them.Don Cotham
