you could take off your wheels in the front and check if the rotors are part of the bearing hub or if the rotor and bearing hub are two different pieces

the car is in the shop getting a new turbo so I will check when I can. I thought there was a difference in the center...one of them being to big. so if the rotor and bearing hub is one piece then it is svo? I am thinking of putting the sn95 wheels back on it and I am trying to find out what size tire I would need. it has 225/50/17 on it and it rubs quit a bit....stock is 225/50/16 so I have to lose an inch I think....

Yes, one piece rotor/hub is SVO and separate rotor from hub = SN95.

When you say it rubs, do you mean the rear fenders? I too had the issue with my car, so I rolled the rear lips, now if it does rub (on the occasional huge dip) the tire rubs against a smooth surface of the rolled lip rather than the sharp edge. Almost any of the 17" SN95 wheel offsets will cause this issue, so I would suggest getting it done on your car if you plan on keeping your wheels.

I am running 245/45's with stock suspension height for reference. If you want to bring your tire height back to the stock 225/50/16 height, you would need a 225/45/17 to get you close to the stock height. I would have to think that the sidewall on that tire may look a little too short, but your opinion is what matters. Good luck.

Could very well be. SN95 wheels have a higher offset (i.e.- push the wheel out), which can cause some rubbing issues depending on the tire.

Nothing a little quality time with a die grinder can't fix, so you can't rely on that.

Post a pic, someone here will know where the wheels came from more than likely.
