I wanting to learn all there is on EEC Tuner!!!

I'm willing to buy all hardware & software to install on site if required.
    What would it take?

I'll have the quad shock installation templates for those who need to make copies of the set.

How about installing brighter instrument cluster lights on a car? I'll bring a few sets of #168 bulbs for that.

I'd like to see the different ECU options all parked next to each other and a display of functionality (Holley Commander, EEC Tuner, Moates J3, EFI Systems, etc.)

        Teach a man to fish.

I'll do a huge engineering report/write up on it and post on the secrete side of the Forum. Maybe that'll generate some dues?

First I need a shopping list.
You sent me a PM, right. Where did that PM go to? Hmm.

How about how to get the timing marks to line up the first time with tension on the belt?? ;-)

We can try that too, but it usually takes two attempts. A clean display engine on a stand would help.

Even a wideband with some form of data collection system would be nice. And with a MAF installed would be like super-spiff but not required.

And the bikini-chick standing next to the car. Gotta have one of those, Yes? Note that the ones that don't need to be inflated will score more points.
I have an LA3, a EEC tuner, Lightning maf(came in the mail today!), Zietronix wideband, and some 42s and 55# injectors( no 65# yet).
I don't one of those fancy blow up bikini girls. How about a vintage cardboard Racquel Welch standups?

Pat I'd like to brighten up the lighting on my dash! The rheostat in my headlight switch has no effect on dimming my lights in the dash. I have a inst. cluster if we need it.

OK, we'll do that on your car. Try to line up a new replacement headlamp switch as well. We can change that too. The proper one has an extra pole on the switch for the driving lights.

                      stuff

I have the same engine we used at the 2005 reunion for the cam tec session I might need some help getting it there 10 miles from SVO central.

I also have an ecc tuner, software, mass air meter and a PE or La3 that we could play with at the Dyno I don't have a car for it though It might be for sale

the SDS on my ride isn't ajusted just yet I would love some help on Dyno day

Let me know what you could use for tec sessions I probably have it around here somewhere

I’m looking at buying all that is involved to do an ECC Tuner. I’m not up to beat on this stuff yet. Reading hundreds of threads across several weeks sometimes make things confusing. Plus, I’m not the smartest Cookie.

I just need a system that can data log and run the computer correctly. I desperately need help to purchases the correct equipment.

Pat said that the ECC Tuner can Data log now. I’m also leaning on “The Main Man Mike” to direct me too. The main reason is he has a 2.5 as well. And I’m embarrassed to emit, we are similar minded about this tuning issue.

I’m unsure what Mass Air unit I require too.
I have the PE in the car, But have Navy’s LA3 from a few years ago. I have both lower intakes w/ and w/o ACT too.

No matter what, I Do Not want to Reinvent the Wheel on this topic. It seems that many people have this stuff figured out and Reinvention is not necessary.

I’ll start a new thread tonight Highlighting my findings so far.

Rob- We’ll talk soon about you goods.
Raven- I look forward on hearing what you’re doing and what you bought.
Pat- Give me a call tonight if you get time.

I think if after the Reunion I can drive away with a decent running car that would be To Die For. If I can’t Dyno that Cool with me, I already know my Wee Wee size. Just kid’n.

                        Thanks all.

Well if you are not one of the smartest cookies, than I am in SERIOUS trouble. I feel like a deer in the headlights most of the time. Now if someone would just tell me what cam to buy.......and if my brake setup is going to work!

Well since my schedule is good now and i'll be at the reunion we could also use my car for tuning demo. i got the laptop, programmer, J3 ,WBO2,etc etc....... Hell i just counted, i got 12 gauges and shift light.

Now all i need is a NASA sticker.

Maybe i'll be able to find my extreme light load miss.

It's got to be there somewhere. Probably the red one.
