    Agreed...

I put mine on a couple of months ago and the fit and finish is quite good!

Hold off on the IC kit for 2-3 months. I am working a revision out to answre the many fitment questions that I have had on the first 25 kits.

                Pics of CAI installed

Pics of Forced 4 CAI with Bypass valve. Check out the 79 Pacecar fan shroud..I like it, fills a void, and keeps her cool.

Hmmm, interesting. Why the fan shroud? Running a clutched fan there?

Yes I believe it was a clutch fan in there. I think I have a pic of it and there is a side picture of it on here somewhere.

If the fan clutch is working properly (knock on wood) then the drag is minimal when the car is moving. When it is cold, the fan should spin freely or with minimal drag. The idea is that the fan never trully locks up except when the car is sitting at idle or moving at low speeds.

If there is any drag, I would say not much. It really keeps her cool, plus I know its working. To me it's worth the minimal powerloss. It was setup this way when I purchased the car.

Yes we did. Thanks for everything. Packaging held up well, UPS is rough on them. After we received it and took the old E3 off found out there was no V-Brace that attaches the Mani. to the block underneath. No wonder the E3 cracked so bad. Gator hooked us up with one.
                              Thanks again
