Hey, has anyone tried using the newer mustang, like 87-93 mustang head light covers and fabricate it to fit for the SVOs? I was curious since I thought it would look nice.

Someone had a very nice set of tinted covers on their 84 at the reunion (I don't remember who it was now..)
I don't think it would be so easy to make the 87-93 covers work, but I could be wrong..hi -

This is a pretty good question/suggestion. GTS did make a headlight cover for the SVO; I have a clear set on my '84. But the cover on goes over the headlight, doesn't cover the parking & turn signal lamp. I would think it may be somewhat difficult to take a '87+ style headlight cover and make it fit the SVO...but tougher things have been done. Good luck!Comment

I doubt that Jim is makeing the parts.
I remember seeing an add on Ebay for the head light covers,
With motion as the contact,this was I think yesterday.
