We just wanted to let everyone know how great it was to be with all of you. My experience with local clubs has always been horrible, honestly didn't expect much more. Boy was i wrong it was probably the best time I've had in years. Even though im not a member (check will be in mail this week) we were treated like part of the family, truthfully not what i expected.
This weekend even brought back a passion for my car that i had lost due to past experiences. We hope to be part of this group for many years to come.
Ok enough of this emotional stuff, thanks for hell of a time guys and believe me we are here to stay.

Wow, that was the best Reunion/ Car show I've ever attended. It was great seeing old friends, & meeting new ones. I'm still shocked I won the turbo! I'm grateful to God I had a safe trip and the car made it there and home. And no tickets. Christine hooked up with the Road Warrior & they got that Cal. Jalapino into some devilish playing. Mike, Fry & I were along for the ride. My angel stepped in & stopped it before we found out what real horsepower is. The video of the dyno, car show and the auto-cross came out great. I'll let you know when I get the video done, but it will be awhile. I might have the water problem fixed, we'll see. The mtns going thru Ky. & Tenn. on I -75 South are great for testing a turbocharged car. I want to thank Ty, Eric, Gator, Bud, all the vendors, S.R. racing, Rob, Home Depot, the Ramada Inn & staff, the folks of Lexington, and everbody else envolved with putting on the Reunion & events. I look forward to #10 next year. Fry bang 4th gear next time! Rick

that is one sweet avatar pic! Looks like the famous SVO on the brochure. Looks like the work on NavySVO. So I guess you had a great time AND got an awesome avatar out of the Reunion. Sweeeeet!

p.s. Rick, I don't think 4th would have "got er done", but I'll give it a shot!

That's why we tell people, Until you experience a reunion, you just don't understand

Everyone has fun, even when they break stuff (right Dave)
There is never a shortage of parts for sale (thanks Basler!)
There is never a shortage of people to help work on your car
There is never a shortage of advice
And I don't think there has ever been a stranger at a reunion
which could also be worded as->
And I don't think there has ever been anyone stranger than mike fleming at a reunion

Nick.. We're glad you got to join us, you guys added to the fun, and helped with the Gator ribbing

Thanks go out to EC and Rob for coordinating the events. We all have lives to lead, and you went above and beyond, thanks!

I know that other BOD folks were beating on sponsor doors to make the event what it was....thank you!

Thanks to the Ky SCCA folks, and SR racing for their support as well!!

Thanks to all the sponsors (probably won't see this, but I am sure it will get passed on to them somehow) that contribute to this event, and that support our passion and keep it alive.

          Thanks.

Well I've missed quite a few reunions in the past but I'm very glad I was able to attend this year. I want to thank Ted for hauling my butt to dinner both nights.

I'd also like to thank everybody else for putting up with my goofy stories and maybe running my mouth just a little too much...

Anyway I had a great time and maybe I'll figure out a way to make it next year?

I couldn't agree more. It was like the Twilight Zone seeing all the SVO's coming and going. But as much as I like seeing the cars I was really looking forward to meeting everyone. As Nick said, this club is unique and there is a scary amount of knowledge among the members. I only wish we had more tech sessions.

Thanks to everyone I bugged with questions. And thanks especially to Pat for answering all my questions on the Auto-X course. I think he needed a beer after that.

Wish I could have made it to all of the past reunions after experiencing this one.
This was my first and definitely not my last.
Made several new friends and met many that I have spoken to on the phone.
Thanks to everyone and all of the sponsors for the experience.
                I had a great time.
See ya at next years no matter where it is held...

I hadn't been to another reunion since the first one in '98... Family and other things and the selling of my 85.5 sort of curtailed it...

My kids enjoyed coming and were pretty interested in seeing more cars "like" Daddy's car.....

Also it was fun pulling up to the hotel and seeing all the cars in the parking lot Friday night. It was more fun getting to talk with some of the drivers behind those cars, some I had met before but a lot I hadn't.

                  Good times!

                    Thanks

Thanks to everyone for the great time. Special thanks to Dave S from Goshen, KY and Eric from Richmond. for helping me get my car in tune, Base Idle, IAC clean, TPS checked and adjusted, and engine codes pulled. All of which done with plenty of hands and advice from others hanging in the parking lot of the Hotel. If you could not make this reunion, please make plans to get to the next one. So much info and great all around people...Family.

                    Thanks again to Everyone.

Hey guys....now that life has settled back in it sure has hit me what a great time that i had. I cant even begin to put it into words.

So cuttin to the chase, i just wanted to say your welcome, and follow that up with a "Thank you" of my own.

Seriously thanks to each and every one of you for comin' out and having the fun that you did..wether it be the show, the dyno, the auto-x or the BS sessions. Honestly, its the comments like the ones on this page which help me to get motivated for the reunion every year. No joke.

Now....next year is the 10th anniversary and the future holds 2 BIG questions.

                              1) How many cars we gonna get to teh 2008 Reunion
                              and
                              2) How we gonna top the last 9 years !?!?
