My 86 wearing Steeda Ultra-lights

couldn't keep them on the car because they were for a SN95 spindle car, but for some reason they still fit on my car. maybe mine was swapped sometime, i dont know but i tried them on for a couple at school the other day. will SN95 wheels fit on the SN197 spindle still? the only thing that was weird was the wheels didn't seat up against the spindle exactly flush. is that normal for this thing i tried...jw

p.s. this was just a test fit, the car never drove anywhere

With a name of Ultralite, I just gotta know: How much do they weigh?

funny you ask that mike, in comparison with the 15 in. Warrior wheels i have in my 67 mustang, i thought that these so called "ultralites" would be lighter, but they felt heavier to me.

i would not use them for anytype of road racing/auto-x if it was me.

p.s. well i found the weight of them on the net. Chrome Ultralites=24lbs a wheel (without the tire). kinda heavy if you ask me...also those warrior's are weighing in at 13.5 lbs on a 15x10 rim. and i am using 15x8 out back with 15x6 up front.
