Can this be fixed?

I bought this intercooler kit for my SVO and one of the pipes were damaged in the shipping. Is this a big deal? I do need it to be perfectly round so it won't leak any boost pressure.

Shouldn't be a problem. You could always round it back out with a tailpipe expander tool. It's just made out of mild steel tubing.

Yeah, It shouldn't be a problem. You could stick something in there that follows the same contour of it and tap it with a hammer and have it take its original shape.

You could have it bead-rolled and that alone might take your dent out.

should pop it right out.
put a little lube on the expander before you put it in the pipe, it helps move things along as it expands.

There are 3 different sizes, make sure you get the right one.

that's basically exhaust pipe.. just take it to a muffler shop, they have bendors and expanders.. take less than 5 minutes and a maybe a 6-pack!
