Need to replace from the cats back. any one have any suggestions?

If you are looking for stock replacement, then Walker Exhaust has the complete OEM cat-back system still available. The only difference is that the Ford emblem and part numbers are not embossed on the mufflers.

if i need to do cat back would it be worth doing the entire thing? Anyone know MA regulations for exhaust as far as how old til a car doesn't need cats? Any suggestions for aftermarket?

The car needs to be MY 83 or older to be emissions exempt in mass. You'll need cats or a hook-up to get a sticker with anything newer. Hope that helps.

Then again you could always find some one you could buy a sticker from.
