Raised White Letter Tires

Anyone have their tires with the lettering showing? I know this will not look original, but just curious if anyone had photos and how it looked.

I am old school, I liked to clean the lettering on my GoodYear Polyglas GT's...back in the day...

I don't recall anyone w/ the raised white letters. I had some for awhile, but don't think I have any pics of it. After a wife and 2 kids I have gotten away from them. There is a guy here locally that has developed a formula to colorize the letters. Has them on his 96 Cobra.

Muscle cars and trucks, yes.

Doesnt really go with certain types of cars.

My girlfriends dad did it to his Grand Caravan, small whitewall and It looks OK.

I think it would be very hard to find RWL - OWL in stock SVO size.

I cant recall seeing RWL - OWL on sizewalls shorter than 55 series.

They did make a pen/marker to color in your letters ...

I have a tire crayon for doing that. It doesnt look that good when you have to do the whole thing, and it would take a while to do all four tires. I only use it to touch up the white letters on the old cars.
