clutch woes

Replaced just the disc and car has a weak pedal. (about half) You can see it's hasn't enough throw while watching the linkage. Quadrant bad? I had it dialed in once and pedal felt great and started the car and it was gone? I'm leaning towards the quadrant. Thanks.

Do the adjustment first - pull up on the pedal from inside, depress to floor, pull up, etc. Repeat a few times. That'll get the adjuster in the proper range.
