In case you guys didn't know Bob had heart surgery sometime back so all his work has been way behind for a while. He's been posting the date of the orders he's working on on his website so everyone knows where they stand. On May 11th I ordered one of his ported lowers to go with the ported upper I have been using for a while now. In the first week of July I wrote him to ask if he knew when he'd be getting to it (his website said he was working on orders from May 5th). He told me he had shipped weeks ago so I started the process of trying to figure out where UPS had delivered it. Bob was so concerned that he told me to forget it and he'd get a new one right out. I received it on thursday the 10th.

That's fantastic service that just can't be beat. What a great guy to deal with.
