Well, somehow I got this outta wack. Anyone have any suggestions for re-aligning everything? It seems as though the S Clips (if that's the right term) seem to be hanging everything up. The axles spin freely, but I can't get the pinion shaft holes to line-up to re-install the pinion shaft.

You should be able to use a large diameter prybar to slide it over, then roll around and do the pother side. Remember you will be fighting against the clutches. If you take the spring out and insert both axles, hold one steady while rotating the other and those should move around easier.

Then once you get them aligned, decide on axles first or spring first. Fortunately my Torsen doesn't use a spring but as a result, I've forgotten what order to re-assy.
