Just depends on they're opinions of creepy, weird, drunk, guys (and gals) who like to wrench on SVOs in a parking lot til the wee hours while listening to Barry White.
My wife has come with me to every Reunion I've been to since we got married. She has fun. Sometimes the womens pile into their vehicles and go shopping together. We've brought our daughter, but seeing as though half the fun happens after 10pm, and she has to go to bed, we miss out. It's much more fun finding a sitter for the littler kids for the weekend.
Guess I should put in my comment.
My wife and I attended our first reunion in 2000 (it was her SVO and her show). We had a great time.
Fast forward a few years...The entire family (kids are now 18, 17 and 14) have attended two reunions. The kids love it and wouldn't miss it. Bud is right, you have to take it all in stride...and get the kids to bed early enough so they don't cramp the style of the late night activities.
We'll arrive tomorrow with 3 SVOs (Mom still has the same one, 18YO daughter will be attending her second reunion with her SVO and Dad finally bought one this past year). Yes, we all plan to autocross too.
Odd, when I took my avitar picture I owned the black SVO...now I own the blue SVO.
