noise when turning..

ok so most of you know the parts.. new rotors, pads, calipers, bearings, tires, fresh alignment, etc..

I noticed going to lunch when leaving the parking garage where you can hear everything, that when I had the wheel turned left, not all the way, I can hear a rubbing or moaning sound that is about every other second. the bearings are new, the rotors are new and it doesn't do this going straight, only when wheel is turned left.

what else could that be besides the obvious?

nice picture...what were we talking about?? oh yeah... I've had the hose rub before, but I'll check it again..maybe it's rubbing on that side now.
