  • KONI Rebuild

well, just got the original strut back from Koni...WOW. Its perfect...they even painted it original Koni orange at my request AND included an original half circle adjuster. Couldnt be happer...deal with a guy named Paul in the Koni shop....definately would recommend dealing with these guys.

      hey Rich

the price from their door to mine was $201.52 they didnt charge me for anything except for the rebuild - may sound kinda pricey or some say why not just buy a new one, but I wanted the original bodies with correct 85 part #s and adjusters....money well spent in my opinion

You just had the one strut rebuilt? Not the pair?

          Hi Bud

yup...just needed one done - the other one was still good so I glass beaded and painted it. The one was wasted so I sent it off to Koni and told them exactly what I wanted and thats exactly what they did...very impressed

            Sweet!

If they look anything like your rear shock set up, all is good. Very nice restoration going on there.

              Koni Contact Number

I got the Contact number for Paul at KONI from JEGGS, it is 1-859-586-4100, then choose 5, then choose 1. I am waiting to hear from him on the turn time. What was your experience?

They charged me about $350 to do all four on an F40. Quick turn around and they came back looking brand new.
