  • Boost Gauge

I had a dash laying around from a GT and figured I could hack it up and put a boost gauge in it. It did not take much, one hole in the housing and a 2 inch hole in the bezel with a hole saw. I then transfered my factory gauges with the circuits to tne new dash. I then made a new lens from some Lexan I had. Came out ok. The factory gauge was reading about 1 psi high.

That is cool - I have never seen that done before. I have the same guage, but I have it on the pillar. I think it looks better on the pillar, but I still like what you have done.

I wanted it in the dash so it would be more stealthy. I do not like the attention A-pillar gauges get on the street and in parking lots.
You should see my LX, I moved all the HVAC controls to a custom panel that fits under the stock ashtray lid. I then put a temp and oil pressure gauges where the HVAC controls were.
