Hotel?

I know it's kinda early. Is it gonna be at the Best Western on Eastern Bypass again? Southwest is now taking reservations for Oct. Figuring on flying into Louisville and renting a ride... Or doing Orbitz right to Lex. Just need to get back to work and put in for the time off. Also, what time do things start Fri and how long do the festivities go on Sunday?

and it depends on what you mean by festivities...
There' stuff going on from 8am to as late as you want to stay up pretty much every night... you're not going to be bored.

I'm working on hotels. there is a new one that just went up 1/4 mile down the road from the best western... I'm trying to work em both... We should have that info by May...

I'd go to lex myself... I hate Louisville, and hate the drive from there to lex (BORING)

LOL! Yeah the first one was small compared to now. I was weighing my possibilities as far as times of flight, etc. The drive didn't look promising on the map, straight shot. I can use the miles /w SW for a free flight. I was figuring on coming in on the 8th. But, I did find a flight round trip cheaper on Orbitz to Lex. Rental car is a little bit more. I think I can get a corp rate through my Mom's work. They have a alot of their engineers do alot of travel so I'm sure they hve some kinda of code. Hmm, wonder how much a Harley-fly-n-ride is... So how late on Sun do things usually run? I'm just inquiring as far as times for the flights.

I'm not going to commit to being able to attend but want to ask anyway. If I did make it I would be bringing my 20' trailer. I know in years past getting a space for a trailer was sometimes difficult.

Does the new hotel have a better parking lot lay-out that is trailer friendly?
