Bi-wing Delete

My 86 was owned by my brother-in-law before I bought it from him. When he got it it had a "GT-Spoiler" on it. He added the Bi-wing because he mistakingly thought all SVO's had Bi-wings. I believe this car was originally was a "Bi-wing Delete car". I have the original build sheet for the car. My question is how does one read the build sheet to see if it was a bi-wing delete? And is there a book available to translate the codes on a build sheet?
