Man, I've been watching Food Network ALOT while I've been off. This week has had my mouth watering for awesome southern BBQ. Are there any near us? Edit: US being at the Reunion! LOL!

It depends on what you call close.....near Louisville there is a place call Jucy's. I didn't want to leave the place. Their Pintos are to die for man.

There is a nice BBQ joint in SW TN if you like dry rub. If you ignore all the inuendo, once you get east of Tyler, TX, good BBQ is hard to find.

Memphis has a few neat BBQ places.

there is a sonny's in richmond, it's not bad, there is also now a Logans Roadhouse that will be in very close by. My 12 yr old son LOVES their ribs.Eric C

Who doesn't love ribs? We used to go to FL for bike week every year and we always brought back a cooler full of shrimp. Then we had a ribs and shrimp party. Next to king crab BBQ ribs are my favorite food!BruceComment

We get plenty of BBQ around here, ate some Friday for lunch and last night for dinner. I will say that Chili's still has some of the best baby back ribs.Richard
