  • Seattle to Portland to Tulsa to Richmond

We don't want to see Chris & Ivan drive off with the furthest travel award again.

Who else is driving from out west that wants to join the convoy?
The actual dates are still being worked out.

    So far we have:
    Scott Robinson (Snohomish, WA / 85 2R)
    Mitch Harris (Puyallup, WA)
    Chris Chalk (Portland, OR / 84 1C)
    Ivan Chalk (Portland, OR)
Tony Wright (Tulsa, OK / Fleet of SVOs)
Pat Pearson (Tulsa, OK / TBD choice of Tony's fleet)

Sorry guys, I won't be able to make it this year. Next year the longest traveled award will go to me, even if I have to drive to Whistler B.C. from Lethbridge, then down to Portland and across the U.S.A. to get to the Reunion!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I hope Everyone has a BLAST this year, stay safe guys.

Mitch, make sure you post up along the way...dunno why but road-trip stories just simply rock and always cool to read.

Jason, sorry to hear that man...hope all is well.

Depending on the date, I might meet you all at Tony's. Keep me in the loop.

Jason, sorry to hear you won't make it. Is it wedding stuff keeping you away?

Chalky & I still need to iron out some details, but it should be either Wed or Thurs 10/7 or 10/9 to leave Tony's.

I haven't meant to ignore you all, it just worked out that way. It looks like Pat is going to fly to Tulsa and pick up one of the cars. Do you want to spend a day or so here at the lake for some boating or BBQ? I can put up several people?

Pat, I have finished painting the 1B but need to put back the interior. I have started painting the 2R(still looking for a driver side apron) but it should be finished. The 1C will need paint but I should have the motor back together and be running. The 7b is good to go.

Pat, do we want to try and meet them in western Oklahoma and tour the museum(http://hajekmotorsports.com/index.html)? Who is bringing wives? Pat? mitch? Chalky(I know its a girl friend!)? Mike? Who else is coming? Who's driving? Who's trailering?

When you all get a date set for Tulsa my son and I might try to run up for an afternoon/evening or something. Doubt the SVO will be road worthy by then but we may take the TC just to come up and meet everyone and maybe see everyone's cars if that is ok.

My current plans/reservations have me arriving in Richmond on Wed 10/7, so I doubt I'll meet y'all at Tony's.

I am curious what day of the week 10/8 is in the "Mitch Space-Time continuum".
