I have a T3\T4 50E Turbonetics turbo. It suddenly went south, bearings bad, and the compressor wheel was contacting the side. Fortunitly it had a 360 degree thrust bearing and the damage was minimal to the wheel and housing according to Charlie. He changed out the center section for a water cooled one, included all the fittings needed, new gaskets, machine work, (had him lighten the wheels while he was at it) and assembled and balance. I received it back cleaner than it was when it was new! The turnaround was extremely quick, much quicker than he really needed to do. Very professional, answered ALL my questions and I am one happy camper right now. Thanks Charlie, you really do magnificent work!

I agree, he really does do amazing work, I didn't have a single complaint when dealing with him. The turnaround time was great, the pricing was fantastic and his customer service is the best I've ever seen. Good job Charlie, keep it up!

I'm thinking about sending my T3 that went "crunch" to him. Sounds similar work to what I had planned...will you share how much it set you back?

Sorry for the late response. It set me back about $400. What I got for that was the strip down, cleaning, exchanging the center section for a water cooled unit(NC), my back plate was damaged and it was replaced, a 360 degree thrust bearing, the staggered ring seals, the impeller was lightened for better response, the rebuild of course with bearings and seals and shipping. He also included the turbo/manifold gasket and the fittings for the water cooled center section. I got GREAT service, he called me a half dozen times and answered all my questions(and I had a lot).

Man that sounds like something I'll have to do on mine if infact the turbo was the culprit for parking it.

Charlie's tha man. I just got my turbo back and at first I thought it must have been accidentally swapped with a new one. Fast turn time, great price, excellent communication and seems like one of us... A good Dude with skills!
                    Thanks Charlie

Another A+++ for Charlie and Evergreen turbo. I sent a T3 out late last week and received it back today. Nothing short of quality work and clean-up. Charlie took the recently acquired water-cooled T3 and rebuilt it back to stock and cleaned EVERYTHING up. As it turned out, the bearings were bad and he took care of it. New seals and whatnot to boot.

I called recently to get a quote on rebuilding my turbo. I left a message and he calls me back while he's on vacation! When I decide to have it rebuilt he is doing the work.

Had Charlie rebuilt my turbo over the winter. The turn around time was less than a week, the price was very reasonable and it looked like brand new. Also, Charlie includes the turbo to exhaust manifold and the oil return line gaskets in the price for the rebuild. Great service and great guy to talk to.

Just received my turbo back from Charlie. Just as everyone else has written. He is a great guy to deal with. Kept me informed about my build and completed my turbo in about a week.
