  • Exhaust Parts?

I am looking to make my own D.P., I can locate pipe and mandrel bent fittings, does anyone know where I can find the flange and ball/socket fittings to weld to the pipe?

    Why?

Why when you can buy something tried & true and bolts right in???? I guess if you are doing something truly specialized.....Maybe the faques?????

I'd say he's doing it because, from what I've read around the SVO community, nobody has any in stock...

Oh yea, do a search for "exhaust flange" and a site will come up that has all kinds of turbo flanges... including ones that are a bigger inner diameter to match a 3" DP... I thought I bookmarked the site, but can't find it... and it's late and time for bed...

            Try

Try Pat_in_LA he has built a few nasty DPS he would be a good resourse for parts. But if I was to do it I would go to turbonetics and buy the wastegate with the flange and bolt it right up instead of using the stock elbow which is a waste of time in my opinion.

            Good luck

You can always try Tiny Avenger. Dave can usually dig up someting.

I am mechanically inclined and I have fabricated the downpipes on my twin turbo 5.0. I can do it on my time and my budget.
I could buy one, and it still may be an option, but I am going to fab up a 3" to 2- 2.5" y-pipe also. Also just to say "I made that" !

                Thanks for the suggestions!!!
