  • Aluminium Flywheel rebuild??

When I had my T-5 rebuilt last year the tranny shop said that my clutch and flywheel were looking fairly worn. It's an aluminium Fidanza with a Spec Stage II.

I know I'm going to have to replace the pressure plate and clutch disc but what about the flywheel?? Can I just replace the steel friction surface or does the whole flywheel have to be replaced??

Are there other alternatives?? Liteweight steel??

Watching for "photo and document the process" Was looking at getting one myself. Just wanted to see how easy it was to rebuild.
