Is any one ready for the reunion?
I look forward the the Reunion every Year and want to improve my showing. Life tends to get in the way. I have three years of worth of projects purchased and sitting in various storage areas around the house. Heck I still haven't picked up the red car from SVOEric's house that broke a dissy gear during the last reunion. Sorry Eric!
My to do list is too massive to list but I will be there rain or shine.

So list what you hope to get done before the reunion it is just 5 short months away

    Getting there

Where to start (actually, it isn't too bad).

First and foremost!--Get the honey-do list completed

    1D show/autocross car - Repair headliner [complete]. Repair A/C
1C daily driver - Get the A/C working [complete]
2R autocross car - Keep it running! New struts maybe? Rebuild diffy [Finished]. Touch up body work [Finished]
'84 son's daily driver - not actually mine...but replace transmission [Finished], new LCA (right), new shocks and struts, Front wheel bearings. Remove and have engine rebuilt.
2A CP project - Begin disassembly and take "inventory" of what I need.

Finish putting together Door Rebuild Kits for sale; I got all the stuff, just need to get it together...Yeah I know, reunion delivery would be nice.

And lastly, work like *%#$ to keep Tim chasing me on the autocross course! Dang, that guy is getting good!

      Dave your list sounds achievable
Rob are you going ahead with the engine swap on the blue beast?
I have finished the Rear gear swap on my car and am going to be tearing into the engine
this week and next to swap out a few things, hopefully it will be for the better.
I want to be driving the car for all of July and onward till the reunion.

Pretty small list this year, fix windows with the parts I got last fall. Put on new shift handle I just got. Run the old gas out from last year. Fix Bullit center cap I ground through. Thats about it! Yea I'm ready for the reunion!

            * sub frame connectors.
            * find some tires that'll hook better outta the hole. is there a test/tune drag strip event close this year?
            * rebuild the 8.8. if the gears are not salvageable, toss in a set of 4.10s, maybe 4.56s. the 1.9 cam makes it really really happy to twist in the upper revs.
            * clean up and reinforce the IC piping.
            * fix the strut rub in the front.
            * make it down south to hang with the KY peeps before the reunion. anyone need a hand spinning wrenches?
            * yank the t5 and check the clutch for wear. i don't trust spec clutch plates anymore. :/

anyone wanna do a LA3/MAF swap this year and make a tech session of it?

I'll be starting to save $ to come right after Carlilse. I don't really think my car will be up for a trip this year. Otto and I have been talking about runnning down together this year. Providing I don't have any kind of scheduling conflicts with a new job/school or both. That stuff still has to be determined by workers comp. See the spine doc in July for my 6 month post-op and I guess thats when the ball will start rolling on my school/work/disability rating etc...

                1) Buy some 12 year.
                2) Pick a car to take.
                3) Go to reunion.

don't forget to put tires in the spiffy tire bags
I think there is a bottle of 12 year behind the seat from last year....could be empty though

After last year, when work kept me out of Dyno & AC, I made sure I would have this next Reunion completely off.

Grey car is GTG as is. If I can get the front struts on the the 9L replaced with Koni's before then, I might bring it and see what a near stock 2 owner car can do, with an 8.8 rear, non-working AC, and a sunroof.

I enjoy the Reunions, and Bud is "nicer" at the Reunions than he is on the boards.

                          - try not to blow headgasket at Roundup track day
                          - fit panhard bar
                          - get autocross tires re-fitted to spare tri-bars
                          - remove back seat for autocross tires
                          - pack copious spares
                          - choose co-driver
                          - haul my *** across country
                          - thrash the guts out of the Wonderbeater on the Autocross track
                          - drink lots of Crown Royal

alternatively.....fly-in and convince someone to let me thrash......conservatively drive their car on the autocross track

You guys keep playing with the 12 year.

I'll stick with the 18 year. Fewer headaches.
