Build Sheet

DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE TO LOOK FOR THE BUILD SHEETS? I'VE LOOKED ALMOST EVERY POSSIBLE PLACE AND STILL NO LUCK. ALL THATS LEFT IN THE CAR IS THE HEADLINER AND SOME OF THE DASH.

I've seen a couple of different locations... aparently Ford had no standard for where to put the sheet..

some have found it in the passenger seat floorboard, some in the rear, near the spare tire. I don't think I have ever heard of someone finding the build sheet in the head liner, but I wouldn't put it past them.

Also, you have to think that after 16 years (if it is a 86), if that sheet has been wet a couple of times, there may not be much of it left.

first place I always look is under the carpet in the passenger side floor board....if you don't find it there - it's pretty much an easter egg hunt.

i have found them in the side of the car behind the hard platic interior pieces. right under the quarter window.

Mine was located on the passenger side floorboard behind the seat but it had gotten wet and what was left had become one with the floor....here is a pic...

I found mine under the spare tire and it was in perfect shape. The spare had never been out of the car.
