I am recently stationed at Kirtland Air Force Base, NM. My 1984 SVO will soon be shipped out here from home in New York. I would like to upgrade from the stock 16's to 17. I would like cobra rims, what would be the best tire size (for no tire rub) and what cobra rims would the have the proper width (so as no to stick out) and as well as the proper offset? Where would be the best place to purchase the wheels and tires?
