The hose from the intercooler to the BPV...should it be before or after the intercooler, or either way? Seems like it would be better to send cooled air back around if it's going to go through a hot turbo *again*, but I couldn't tell if the diagram agrees with me.

      Bypass.....

You want to bypass as close to the TB as possible......I had a bung welded to the "new" elbow from the front mount kit; right at the turn to the TB....
OR if you are using the stock top mount; tap a hole into the intercooler.....( can always be pipe plugged later).....

im sure this has come up, but i thought the thing with bypass valves was to vent from as close to the throttle as possible, and enter right in front of the compressor wheel to kind of keep the blades spinning.

          88 tc intercooler

on the 88 tc i have , it has a hole drilled in the intercooler(factory)
and 2 vacuum line outlets screwed in there with vacuum lines attached. is this a factory bypass setup on the tc`s or do you know? if not can this be used for a bypass valve. just curious.
