Scoped the Dragstrip last night

OK Guys -- I scoped out the dragstrip last night -- WHEW!!

we should have some FUN --

The dragstrip never had more than 5 people in line at one time to run -- so everyone should be able to make as many runs as they want.

I was there for 3 hours, and saw 3 fords run (all the rest were CHEVYS) about 100 crapmaros, and ever other car was a freaking nova

the fords that ran,
a t-bird funny car, ran 8.4 @ 148 MPH
a f-150 4-door, ran a 15.x
a 88 mustang red notch ran about 12.X

Most of the f-bodys there were running 14's up to 17's
there was one guy there with a v-6 camaro, he ran like a 18, they were timing him with a calander!!

there were a few fast ones there, running from 10-13's

NOTE:: Don't expect your cell phone to work at the drag strip, it is in the middle of no-where!!

You guys should love this track, it is supper sticky!! with some awsome 60 ft times.

The dragstrip does close down at 9:30 , but runs start at 4:30, and gates open at 4.

I will have a good set of directions up in the next couple of days.

I was just out in the garage fabbing up some marker lights for my car since it was all stripped out - that was to save weight ya know

I found some low wattage LED`s that fit and illuminate the housings pretty friggin nice!

Side note. Does anyone have some slicks they can let me borrow?
