  • Fuse blowin' advice?

Well I finally got off my ___ and tried to replace the fuse that controls the horn/clock.

Problem: 1) I HATE electrical problems
    2) I've tried to put two fuses in and they blow instantly

I know I must have a short somewhere but rather than tracing 14 miles of wire I'm hoping someone can tell me where to look?
    Thanks in advance,

well, the first thing to do would be to unplug the console connector, so that you only have the horn on that circuit.

If it still blows, then you know it is a short somewhere before the console, or on the way to the horn.

If it dont blow, then your short is on the side of the console.

then you might try unplugging the horn switch, and continue to break it down and eleminate things...
