Has anyone else ever put an after market steering wheel in their car? If so, what kind?

yea.. mike ray put a grant on is this weekend...
and I had a grant on mine a few months ago (I should put it back on!)
there is a adapter kit you need to use on it.Eric C

Another solution to the steering wheel dilemma is to use an 84-85 GT steering wheel. It is the same shape as the SVO wheel, only covered in vinyl instead of leather. It is a direct bolt-on. Well actually i just put a nice leather Momo wheel on my SVO a couple of weeks ago i was just curious if anyone else used aftermarkte wheel sor if everyone wanted the stock wheel.Comment

Anyone know the guy who has the recovered wheels, knobs & shifter boots on ebay? He even embosses ther hurst emblem, and shift pattern on them. I'm seriously considering buying from him, but wasn't sure of the quality for the money... It's easy to make anything look good in a digi. pic.If it ain't broke... Give me some time!Comment

Pat in LA has bought a steering wheel and a shift knob from him. I've seen the shift knob and it looks good!
