VAM question

Will there be any bad effect if I mount the VAM sideways?

I'm looking for the best way to mount a cold air intake.

Motion Dynamics has a kit you can buy. He also has a picture of the install. That might give you some ideas.

Not even a servo motor in there. Just a spring loaded door that opens to different degrees as air pressure differential changes. The door attaches to an arm that wipes it's path on a small circuit board to send different outputs.
