whats up all.. i know this is not really engine related but has anyone done or seen anyone put cruise on their svo? if so what system did they use? also, is it possible to adapt one of the new electric cruise systems up to this old of a vehicle or do i have to stick to the old vacuum style from the the 79-93 stangs? thanks for any and all help or comments.
There are a few SVOsaround with in stock type cruise. It was not offered as an option. I guess it's easy to install. Just get it off a FI stick car. The turn signal stalk get replaced too. There was a Ford after market kit but I doubt you could find one now. Generic after market should work too.
All you could get was the ones used on the TurboCoupe .. and it was a 'dealer installed' option. I've seen a few with it. It uses the turn signal stalk .. and it's a vacuum style.
