Why hasn't somebody answered his question? I have the same question, because yesterday I went to Pull Apart and got a Volvo intercooler. It measures widest point: inlet to outlet 29". The width of the rest is 23". The height is 17.5". The depth. is 3 7/8 at the inlet & outlet with the main body 2 1/8". I was going to mount it behind the radiator, and extend the brackets for the stock fan so I can mount it to the intercooler. I know some of you are running the Volvo intercooler and wanted to find out how difficult it was. I see turning the intake works well. Pic's please! Maybee no one answered it because no one is running that intercooler anymore....it turns out that even though its better than stock...it has been "replaced" as a favorite by the small NPR.Originally posted by under pressure

Also, IMO, I wouldnt run an intercooler behind a radiator due to the fact that the hot-air off the rad will directly effect the air going into the IC. That would be defeating your purpose....
This ( and a couple other reasons ) is why the small NPR intercooler is a better choice. Its big enough, yet compact enough to run in the facia nice and low to grab as much amb.temp air as you can.

I don't know any flow numbers, but it will definately transfer heat well due to it's plate type design. I was flipping a coin over that model last week.Originally posted by under pressure
I pulled it off a Saab at Pull A-Part. I think it was around $50. It's slightly bigger than the stock SVO, deeper and much bigger inlet and outlet.
Rick, let us know how that goes.
