Seat belt sleeves

Does anybody know of a vendor that sells the plastic sleeves for the seat belts where they attach to the floor?

As for NEW - only thing I've seen is from Late Model Restoration in TX - and they only have Black.

I thought I saw somewhere someone sold just the plastic sleeves. I looked at these two sites and all I saw was the set with the belt and sleeve.
