  • Cooling Fan

Well I finally broke something on my '86 resto of my engine bay, the cooling fan p/n CF-E3ZE8600-EA. Is the fan/motor one of those obsolete parts no longer availible? Can you get just the motor itself from Ford or Napa? The blade is still good but I screwed up the motor trying to get it of the shaft. Also any good suggestions on removing broken bolts from where the wastegate bolts to the hot side of the turbo? Besides a bunch of heat and maybe easyouts?

I've been told the motor is a generic parts store replacement. Just reuse the shroud and fan. You will probably will have to reuse the connector as well.

      here is another thought --

      go aftermarket --

the newer aftermarket fans move a LOT more air than the original fans that came in our SVO's --

unless of course you are trying to keep things stock

        Got What Cha Need

Got a Electric Fan out of my 86' SVO. Fan works fine. I just wanted a thin electric fan instead. I have it on E-Bay right now. I believe the price was $28.50 plus shipping. Pictures are posted on there also.....Mike>>>

          Replacement Fan

The 83-86 Turbocoupes and Turbocougars used the same fan as the SVO. Should be easy to find one of those in a local wrecking yard.
